Betty asks…Who is he? Elijah Wood lookalike....?when you are a kid you believe you know stuff... i thought this bloke was elijah woods dad as they are so similar. All i know is they have the same eyes, he used to be in a tv series in the late 80's early 90's as a cop. Hair like "the hoff" in night rider, always tight jeans, light blue xxl t-shirt... I think his name is in 3 (like Richard Dean anderson) but am not sure.
